2026 Stingrays Time Trial

The Time Trial is a "practice" meet for all Stingrays. Warmups will begin at 8:00 and the meet will start at 8:30, with the goal of finishing the meet before the pool opens at 11:00. Stay tuned for more details. |

Junior Stingrays Evaluations
Swan Lake Swim Club

End: 6:00 PM
Evaluations for NEW swimmers who hope to join the Junior Stingrays or Junior Stingrays plus will be held on Thursday, June 11, during practice. Returning Junior Stingrays do not need to be evaluated. Swimmers will be asked to swim across the width of the shallow end without touching the bottom of the pool. Swimmers who cannot yet meet this threshold will be offered a refund, or they can keep practicing and try again later in the summer. |

Stingrays Evaluations

Evaluations for swimmers who hope to join the Stingrays will be held during the first practice on Tuesday, May 26. Swimmers will be asked to swim one lap (25 yards) of freestyle and one lap (25 yards) of backstroke. Swimmers who can't yet pass the Stingrays evaluation will be assigned to the Junior Stingrays or be offered a refund. |

Our team suit for both the 2026 and 2027 seasons will be the Dolfin Reliance Tsunami in navy and gold. The team suit is completely optional and not required for competition. A representative from Metro Swim Shop will be at Swan Lake on Sunday, May 3, from 3:00 - 5:00 pm for suit fittings and purchase. If you already know your swimmer’s size, you can also purchase the team suit through this link. |
