Hello Swim Team Families,

Here is the information you need for our away meet tomorrow against the Summer Hill Stingrays. Please note the start time is 9:00, not 8:30. Also note that Summer Hill does not have potable water at their facility, so bring plenty of water.

A draft meet entry report is attached. Minor changes may be made between now and the meet. I will share the psych sheet this evening. PLEASE text me at (770) 402-1591 if your swimmer is no longer able to participate in the meet on Sunday.

Parking:

The Summer Hill parking lot and driveway are reserved for the visiting team. The pool entrance is located down a driveway marked by a Stingray mailbox. There will be parking helpers to assist with directions upon arrival.

Parking on Harcum Road is limited to one side of the street only. Please do not block driveways or mailboxes. Parking helpers will be available, and signs will clearly mark areas where parking is prohibited.

Please be mindful that there will be many families and young children walking throughout the neighborhood and around the pool. Summer Hill asks everyone to use caution and drive slowly when arriving and departing.

Warm-ups:

Please arrive no later than 8:10. Swan Lake will warm up at 8:25. The meet will start at 9:00.

Seating:

Swan Lake families will set up in the baby pool area and deep-end side of the pool grounds. Families are welcome to bring tents, chairs, and shade canopies.

Concessions:

Concessions will be available throughout the meet under the deck.

Menu items include:

• Breakfast sandwiches
• Donuts
• Hot dogs
• Burgers
• Grilled chicken
• Snacks
• Candy
• Cold drinks and other refreshments

Cash and Venmo will be accepted.

Ice Cream Gathering:

After the meet we will gather at Prigel Creamery, (4852 Long Green Road, Glen Arm).
