Hello Divisionals Families,

Attached to this email you’ll find the Divisionals Meet Program and some detailed information from Bolton Hill about meet logistics. Please take the time to read this attachment carefully. The list of families who received reserved parking spots at the Fifth Regiment Armory is below.

Bolton Hill is suggesting that we bring tents, seating, blankets, and walkie talkies if anyone has them. Thank you all very much for filling all of the volunteer positions for this weekend!

We are going to have a little after party at Swan Lake from 3:00 to 4:00 following Divisionals on 7/26 so swimmers can pick up any remaining awards. This will be a low-key event. All swimmers (regardless of whether or not they competed in Divisionals or Straehle) will receive a coupon for a treat of their choice at the snack bar during the “party”. If you can’t stop by, please consider asking another family to pick up any awards your swimmer earns at Divisionals or Straehle.

We have secured 14 spaces per team at the 5th regiment armory. For security reasons we will need the names of the 14 people/ families that will be using the spots. Please be aware that IDs will be checked as people enter the parking lot.
