Home Meet vs. Meadowbook 6/28 – Sign up now!

Our next meet is on June 28 against Meadowbrook at HOME! We will warm up from 8:00 - 8:25, and the meet will start at 9:00. The deadline to declare if you plan to swim in this meet is Wednesday, June 25. Please log into Swimtopia as soon as possible to let us know if your swimmer plans to participate. If you have an extenuating circumstance that prevents you from declaring by Wednesday, PLEASE communicate with Coach Owen, and he will let you know if you can have extra time to decide. Home meets need more volunteers than away meets, so please remember to choose your volunteer role by clicking the job sign up too!

Found Studio Pop Up

Long-time Stingrays sponsor Found Studio Shop will be hosting a pop-up at our swim meet this weekend! Found Studio is a favorite local gift shop right down the street from the pool, featuring many locally-made gift items including stationary, candles, jewelry, home decor, glassware, and those cute little stuffed stingrays that our swimmers love! Be sure to stop by their tent on Saturday to see what you can find at FOUND.

Fun Friday - Beach Theme

Fun Friday is getting a glow up! This week’s theme is “Beach”. Swimmers can wear beach attire, and there will be beach-themed relay races. We need donations of snacks as well as volunteers to help set up, hand out snacks, and clean up. You can sign up to bring snacks or help out via Swimtopia.

ISO: Awards Party Planning Committee

Our Awards Party will be on Sunday, July 20, at 6:00, immediately following the Lap-A-Thon (details coming soon). I would love some help planning this event. In fact, I would love to completely hand this event off to a dedicated group of party planners! If you are interested in helping to make our Awards Party better than ever, please let me know.

Team Photos are in!

On June 20, you should have received an email from Irvin Simon Photographers with your swimmer’s photo. If you did not receive your email, please check spam and then contact Irvin Simon at [email protected] or by phone at 410-654-0300. Team photos are also ready and available for purchase through this link. Orders are being processed every 3-5 days and will be shipped to your home.

Zeke’s Order Pick Up

Zeke’s orders that were placed through June 15 will be available to pick up this week during practice. I will send a separate email with more details to people who placed orders within that window. If you’d like to be a part of our next order (July 15), you can order via Membersplash.
