I'm happy to confirm that our dual meet this weekend at Five Oaks is ON! Please note that this meet will start at 8:00, with warmups from 7:30 - 7:50.

We are still in need of the following volunteers to make sure the meet runs smoothly: 8 timers (second half), 2 table workers (second half), and 2 people to assist with clerk of course. Please sign up in Swimtopia if you can help out.

Warm-ups:

Please arrive at Five Oaks no later than 7:10. Swan Lake will warm up from 7:30-7:50.

Parking:

Five Oaks will reserve their parking lot for Swan Lake. If the parking lot fills up, parking is available at a neighboring lot. The address is:

Seating:

Swan Lake will sit on the right side of the pool closer to the snack bar pavilion. There are no chairs available, so make sure to bring your own chairs. They have some umbrellas and we are invited to bring pop up tents, unless it is too windy.

Concessions:

Five Oaks will be serving a full concession stand including donuts, muffins, Chick-fil-a sandwiches, pulled pork sandwiches, taco in a bag, and a variety of other options. Cash and Venmo are accepted.

We will share the events lineup by Friday evening. Looking forward to a great meet!
